This 360,000 square foot, open-air retail center in the heart of Waikiki in Honolulu, HI opened to the public in the Summer of 2016. Design features and engaging structural challenges include integrating the existing banyan trees and responding to geotechnical complications such as the presence of an ancient alluvial channel. Another proud aspect of this project is the estimated 1000 jobs it will bring to Oahu residents along with revenue that will support the Queen Emma Medical Center.
